Medicare out of pocket costs for 2022
There can still be a lot of out of pocket costs involved with having just Medicare A and B by itself.
Medicare part A out of pocket costs
Medicare part A carries a $1,600 per occurrence deductible. After the deductible has been satisfied Medicare pays 80% and you are responsible for 20%(no cap on the 20%)
Medicare part B out of pocket costs
Medicare part B has a deductible of $226 once per calendar year. After the deductible has been satisfied Medicare pays 80% and you are responsible for 20%( no cap on the 20%)
Medicare Supplemental
United Senior Center provides the highest level of benefits to people who are not comfortable having just Medicare A and B by itself.
